As your coach, I will blend perceptive listening, provocative questioning, and a wide array of coaching tools, frameworks and exercises. I add expertise in career transitions as well as deep personal experience going through them.
Consider me your sounding board and a supportive, critical friend.
I will not give you advice, but will share reflections to encourage you to trust your own judgment and intuition.

I trained in co-active coaching in 2013 with the Coaches Training Institute as well as facilitation with the Gestalt Centre.
How does coaching work?

We will have a free chemistry call to introduce one another, clarify your objectives and goals through coaching, and see how it feels to work together. If it's not right for either of us, I am happy to suggest a coach or other resource that might be a better fit

The frequency and duration of coaching sessions will be customised to your needs. Most clients prefer 1 to 1.5 hour sessions, every 2 to 4 weeks

Sessions are delivered online through Zoom
- After each session, I'll email you a summary of key insights gained as well as 'homework' exercises to do in between sessions, to accelerate your self-awareness and progress (optional)
